If you want to, and can do so safely: keep messages, call logs, and photographs you already have; keep clothing or items in a paper bag without cleaning them, and ask a hospital or crisis center for guidance; write down what you remember with dates, times, places, and names; and keep discharge paperwork and any communications from the program.
