Ryan Ingraham, Esq.
Partner at McLaughlin & Stern

Ryan Ingraham, Esq. is a trial attorney at Rehab Malpractice Law, where he focuses exclusively on cases involving negligence and medical malpractice at drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers in Florida.
Ryan began his legal career as a law clerk at an Estate & Trusts firm in North Palm Beach, Florida, where he worked for four years. He attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating Magna Cum Laude in the top 20 of his class. While completing law school, he worked as a paralegal at a mid-sized insurance defense firm. After passing the Florida Bar, he continued with the firm as an attorney, handling insurance coverage disputes, property insurance claims, and liability matters.
That experience on the defense side showed Ryan how insurance companies build and fight cases. He transitioned to representing plaintiffs in insurance disputes, personal injury cases, and medical malpractice actions, with a focus on individuals and families who have been injured or killed due to the negligence of rehabilitation facilities across Florida.
When he is not advocating for his clients, Ryan remains involved in his community. He serves as Secretary of the Treasure Coast Opioid Task Force, an organization dedicated to reducing opioid use and overdose deaths through collaboration among local stakeholders.
Ryan lives on the Treasure Coast with his wife and two sons.
